What this page covers
This page lists every cookie and browser-storage item this website actually uses. Nothing here is invented: each item below can be found in the website's code or in the analytics component served by the hosting platform.
Most items are not cookies at all — they are preferences kept in your browser's local storage. They are not transmitted to us as part of normal browsing; note that when you send a contact form, the interface language you are using is submitted together with your message so that we can answer you in that language.
Necessary — interface preferences (local storage, first-party)
rmp-language — remembers the language you selected. Necessary for the interface to stay in your language. Stored in your browser's local storage on this domain and not read by us during normal browsing. This stored preference is separate from the interface language value that is sent with a contact-form submission, which is recorded with your message.
rmp-theme — remembers light or dark mode. Necessary for the interface to look the way you chose. Local storage, first-party.
rmp_cookie_consent — records your analytics choice (accepted or declined) so you are not asked again. Necessary for that choice to be respected. Local storage, first-party.
geotactics-seen-help — records that the help screen of the GeoTactics tool was already shown. Local storage, first-party, optional in practice and harmless to delete.
Necessary — hosting and delivery (cookies, not set by our code)
__dpl — a first-party cookie set by the hosting infrastructure that serves the published website, not by this website's code. Its value is the identifier of the deployment currently being served (the same value the server returns in its x-deployment-id response header), so that all files of one page view are delivered from one and the same published version of the site. It carries no name, email or behavioural data and is not used to measure your use of the website. Observed on this domain: first-party, path "/", sent only over HTTPS, readable by page scripts, and a lifetime of about seven days. The exact mechanism that writes it (server response or platform script) is set by the hosting platform and is not documented publicly, so we describe it from what is observable in the browser rather than from a published specification; the lifetime above is measured, not a value we were given.
__cf_bm — a first-party cookie set by the network provider in front of the website (Cloudflare) to tell human visitors from automated traffic and protect the site from abuse. It is marked HttpOnly, so page scripts cannot read it, is sent only over HTTPS, and expires roughly half an hour after it is set. It is a security and delivery function, not usage measurement.
Both items belong to the technical delivery and protection of the website, are needed for it to be served correctly and safely, and are therefore not part of the optional choice below. They are not affected by accepting or declining usage measurement.
Optional — website usage measurement (cookie, hosting platform)
session-id — a first-party cookie set by the analytics component of the hosting platform (Lovable) to group the page views of a single visit. It is written with a 30-minute lifetime, refreshed each time the component sends data, and holds a random value — not your name or email. The same identifier may also be held in browser storage under the same name, depending on how the platform configures the component.
This is optional. Usage data is only sent if you choose "Accept" in the storage notice. If you decline, or make no choice at all, this website blocks those requests in your browser and clears the identifier, including if the component managed to write it before being blocked.
When allowed, the component sends the page path and address, the referring address, your browser's user-agent string, the interface locale, a country value derived from your browser's time zone, and technical page-performance measurements. It is never given the contents of a contact form, your email address or any other value you type.
The data is posted to an address on this same domain, which the hosting platform forwards to its analytics pipeline. A first-party address does not mean the data stays with us: it is received by the platform and its data-collection service. The platform's analytics documentation describes reporting ranges of up to ninety days, but publishes no deletion period for those records; the platform's general privacy policy speaks of customer data kept for up to ninety days and backups for up to ninety days. Whether those general periods govern these measurement records specifically is not confirmed, so we do not present it as a definite period.
This measurement component is served only on the published website; it is not present in the development preview.
Changing or deleting your choice
Use the "Cookie settings" button at the top of this page — or the same control in the footer of the website — to switch website usage measurement on or off at any time.
You can also delete all of the items above through your browser's settings for this site (clearing cookies and site data). Deleting them simply resets the language, theme and notice to their defaults.
