Information we collect

Contact form: when you use a contact form on this website, we receive the email address and the message text you type, together with the page or form the message was sent from, the interface language, your browser's user-agent string and a one-way hashed value derived from your IP address (used only to limit automated abuse). Your explicit tick on the consent checkbox is recorded with the message.

Technical information generated by hosting: as with any website, the hosting infrastructure that serves these pages processes technical request data such as IP address, requested address, user agent and timestamps in its server logs, for the purpose of delivering and protecting the website.

Website usage measurement: the published website loads the analytics component provided by its hosting platform (Lovable). The script is served from this domain and, when allowed to run, sends two kinds of event: a page hit (the page path and full address, the referring address, your browser's user-agent string, the interface locale and a country value derived from your browser's time-zone setting) and technical page-performance measurements. It groups the page views of one visit with a random first-party session identifier stored in a "session-id" cookie set with a 30-minute lifetime, refreshed while the visit continues. The data is posted to an address on this domain, which the hosting platform forwards to its analytics pipeline; that pipeline is operated by the platform and its data-collection service, so a first-party address does not mean no external provider receives the data. On this website the component is only allowed to send anything after you choose "Accept" in the storage notice; if you decline or make no choice, its requests are blocked in the browser and the session identifier is cleared. It is not given the contents of contact forms, your email address or any other value you type.

Preferences stored in your browser: interface language, light/dark theme, your analytics choice and, for one of the interactive tools, whether its help screen was already seen. These stay on your device. See the Cookie & Local Storage Policy for the full list.

There are currently no user accounts, no login and no registration on this website.

Why information is used

To receive your enquiry and answer it.

To operate the website, keep it available and protect it against abuse, including basic rate-limiting of the contact form.

To remember the interface preferences you chose (language, theme, analytics choice).

To understand aggregate website usage — pages visited and general interaction — where you allowed the analytics component to run.

Service providers

Lovable — the platform on which this website is built and hosted. It serves the pages, keeps technical server logs and provides the analytics component described above.

Lovable Cloud — the managed backend used by this website. Contact-form submissions are stored in its database, and the server-side function that validates and records them runs there.

Lovable's managed email service — used to deliver the notification of your message to the operator and an acknowledgement to the address you provided, sent from a subdomain of redmirageproject.com.

No advertising networks and no social-media tracking pixels are loaded by this website, and beyond the hosting platform's measurement component described above no additional analytics or tracking products are loaded by it. Links to external platforms do not make those platforms our processors; if you contact us on a messaging platform instead, that conversation is handled by that platform under its own terms.

Your rights and how to reach us

For a request concerning access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you sent us, write to contact@redmirageproject.com. We will handle the request in accordance with applicable law and may need to ask for details that let us locate your message.

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, you may inspect personal data we hold about you (section 13) and ask us to correct or delete data that is wrong, incomplete, unclear, or out of date (section 14). You may appeal a refusal to the competent Magistrates' Court. We will answer a valid request within 30 days. You may also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

You can withdraw or change your analytics choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" button at the top of this page, or through the same control in the footer of the website, and clear the locally stored preferences through your browser.

Retention

Contact-form messages are kept in the website's database while the enquiry is open. Our own retention policy — a business rule, not a legal deadline — is to delete an ordinary enquiry 12 months after it is marked closed. Marking an enquiry closed is a manual step performed by the operator; the deletion itself is then carried out manually as part of a contact-management review. No automatic deletion schedule runs. An enquiry that has never been marked closed remains open and is never treated as due for deletion, and records needed for an ongoing matter, a dispute or an applicable record-keeping obligation are placed on a documented hold and kept for as long as that reason applies. If correspondence resumes, the record is reopened and the period is recalculated from the new closure date. You may ask us to delete your message earlier, and we will handle the request subject to applicable law.

Each stored enquiry carries a short internal reference so it can be located and handled without quoting its contents.

The hashed value derived from your IP address is kept only so the contact form can be rate-limited against automated abuse, and is not used to identify you. It becomes eligible for removal 30 days after the message was received, counted from the time of receipt and regardless of whether the enquiry is still open or already closed. Eligible does not mean automatic: nothing is deleted on day 30 by itself — the clearing is performed manually by the operator during the same contact-management review, so a hash may still be present after 30 days until that review is run. A record placed on a documented hold is left untouched, hash included, for as long as the hold applies. In every case the hash is removed no later than the message record itself, and it may be removed earlier. Removing it does not affect the abuse protection, which only looks at submissions from the last few minutes.

Deleting a record removes it from this website's database. It does not remove the copy in our own email mailbox, the email provider's sending records, or provider backups; those follow the providers' own periods described below and are outside this website's control.

The browser preferences described above stay on your device until you clear them. The optional measurement session identifier is set with a 30-minute lifetime and is cleared by this website whenever measurement is not accepted. A cookie lifetime is not a server-side retention period.

Our providers publish some periods and not others. The hosting and backend platform states in its published privacy policy (version of 14 April 2026) that customer data is retained for up to ninety days unless law requires otherwise, that personal data is deleted within thirty days of account termination, that backups may retain data for up to ninety days, and that its centralised security logging is kept for one year. Those are the platform's general terms for its own service; they are not a project-specific setting we can inspect or a contractual provision negotiated for this website. The platform does not publish a separate deletion period for the visitor-measurement records generated by its component — the time ranges offered in its analytics view (up to ninety days) are reporting ranges, not a deletion period — so that specific period remains unconfirmed rather than assumed. Using providers does not transfer away our own responsibility for the information described in this policy.

International processing

The platform and backend providers used by this website operate infrastructure outside Israel, so information described here may be processed abroad by those providers.
