Sales Catalog Terms of Service

1. Who we are

RED MIRAGE PROJECT is operated by Alin Stefan Moldovan, an Israeli sole proprietor based in Karmiel, Israel. You can reach us at contact@redmirageproject.com. These terms apply to services ordered through the Sales Catalog on redmirageproject.com. They apply together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Services and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars, and the price shown is the price you pay. Payment is arranged as shown at checkout.

Landing Page, 399 USD. One responsive page. 1 revision round. Delivery in 3 business days.

Website up to 5 pages, 1099 USD. 1 revision round. Delivery in 10 business days.

AI Video up to 60 seconds, 249 USD. MP4 in 1080p, in one aspect ratio of your choice, 16:9 or 9:16. Voiceover and music are not included unless you buy them as add ons (voiceover up to one minute 39 USD, music 59 USD) or provide both as files at no charge. 1 revision round. Delivery in 4 business days.

Voiceover, 119 USD. Up to 150 words, about one minute, one voice from our voice library, one language, delivered as MP3 and WAV. 2 revision rounds. Delivery in 1 business day.

Conversation Voiceover, 299 USD. A conversation between people, with up to 4 voices from our voice library, up to 750 words (about 5 minutes), one language by default, delivered as one mixed file in MP3 and WAV. For more than one language, email us and we will reply. 2 revision rounds. Delivery in 3 business days.

Voice cloning, 69 USD for each cloned voice, as an add on to Voiceover and Conversation Voiceover. See section 10.

3D Character, Static, 299 USD. One character in full color, three images from different angles, and model files in the formats you choose from FBX, OBJ, GLB, USDZ, STL, BLEND, 3MF and DXF. No animation. 1 revision round. Delivery in 5 business days.

3D Character, Animated, 899 USD. Everything in Static, plus a rig and up to three animations, delivered as FBX, GLB or USDZ. The types of animation depend on what you ask for and on what is technically possible, and we confirm them when we accept your order. 1 revision round. Delivery in 7 business days.

Hosting, domains and ongoing costs for websites and landing pages are not included.

3. Accounts and orders

You need an account to order. Submitting an order is a request, not a contract. You receive an automatic message that your order was received. We review every order and may decline it, for example because of our current workload or because it does not match these terms. If we accept it, we send a final confirmation, and the contract starts at that moment. If we decline, you owe nothing.

4. Delivery times

Delivery times are counted from the moment we accept your order, not from the moment you submit it. Working days and hours are published on the site. At the time of writing they are Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 9:00 to 12:00, Israel time, and Saturday is not a working day. One business day means one full regular working day, so the clock counts working hours only, and a Friday counts as its shorter hours. The clock stops while we wait for you, for example for scripts, translations, files or approvals, and delays on your side extend the delivery time. When we write the script, add one business day. When an order contains several services, there is one acceptance, and the longest delivery time applies. For urgent requests, email us and we will check what is possible.

5. Your files and materials

You can upload JPG, PNG, WEBP, SVG, PDF, DOCX, TXT, MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4 and MOV files, up to 500 MB per file and 20 files per order. This includes voice samples and proof of consent for voice cloning. For larger files, add a link. We do not accept executable files or scripts. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you upload, and that every person appearing in your materials agreed.

6. Scripts and translations

For videos and voiceovers, you provide the script or we write it, and you approve the script before production. Voiceovers are produced in one language by default. For other languages, you provide the translation or you approve the translation we prepare. After you approve a script or translation, we are not responsible for mistakes in it.

7. Revisions

Each service includes the number of revision rounds listed above. Ask for a revision within 5 business days after delivery. After that, the order is closed. Requests beyond the original scope need a new order.

8. Delivery of finished work

We deliver by a download link sent by email. The link is valid for 7 days and is protected by a password, which you can see on your order page in your account. Download your files before the link expires. Websites and landing pages are delivered as code, on Vercel or on Lovable, as you choose, and we hand them over to your own accounts. You are responsible for hosting, domains and costs after the handover.

9. Content we do not create

We do not create adult content or any sexual content involving minors, content that uses a real person's likeness or voice without documented consent, political content about candidates or elections, content that promotes hate, violence, terrorism or self harm, deceptive or fraudulent content, content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, or anything illegal. We may decline any order at our discretion.

10. Use of AI and third party tools, and voice cloning

We create our work with the help of AI tools. Some of your materials and information may be processed by third party tools and services that we use. Those providers have their own terms and data practices, which we do not control. In some places, including the European Union, the law requires content generated with AI that looks or sounds like real people, places or events to be labeled. You are responsible for labeling the work when you publish it.

Voice cloning is an add on that costs 69 USD for each cloned voice. You may clone your own voice, or the voice of another person only with that person's documented consent. For each cloned voice you upload a clean voice sample, tell us whose voice it is, and confirm that you have the right to use it. For the voice of another person, you also provide proof of that person's consent. You choose which proof to provide: a signed consent form that you can download from the order form, a recorded statement from that person, or an email approval that we send to that person at the address you give us, or any combination of these. We keep the proof of consent for seven years after the order is completed, even if you delete your account. We may refuse any voice cloning request at our discretion, including when the proof is missing or unclear.

11. Rights in the finished work

After delivery, you may use the finished work commercially, without limits of time or territory, subject to the licenses of the tools used to create it. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

12. Cancellation and refunds

Before we start work, you receive a full refund and we charge no cancellation fee. After we start, you pay a proportional amount for the work already done and receive a refund of the rest. After delivery, there is no refund for a change of mind if you asked us to start immediately and confirmed at checkout that you lose your right to cancel once the service is fully performed. If the work has a defect or does not match what you ordered, we will fix it or refund you. To cancel, use your order page or email us. Nothing here limits legal rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived, including a right to cancel within 14 days where your local law grants it.

13. Where we sell

We sell worldwide, except to customers in Iran, Syria, Lebanon and Iraq, and wherever the law prevents us from doing so.

14. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply to you.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you submit an order applies to that order.
